Corporate Aviation Scheduler/Dispatcher

The scheduler/dispatcher position ensures that our aircraft are in a hangar and deice is available when weather dictates the need.
Coordinates with all appropriate parties any unscheduled operation of aircraft due to weather, airport conditions, emergency situations, etc.
Analyze FBO hours to ensure the FBO has personnel to service our aircraft for arrivals and departures.
Assist with travel arrangements for crew and trip logistics.
Responsible for crew expense tracking and reimbursements for each trip.
The dispatcher is a point of contact for all crew members.
As a contact, the dispatcher is responsible for relaying all pertinent information to the proper departments as well as advising crew members of any changes to the flight schedule.
Collects all documentation for aircrew and passenger travel, insuring compliance for all country customs and immigration laws.
Qualifications:
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE 3-5 years of current related experience in an aviation environment; or equivalent combination of experience.
(non-negotiable) Knowledge of FARs in regard to Part 91, 121, or 135 airline operations is preferred.
Corporate Dispatchers License Must have exceptional working knowledge of Microsoft Office products and the aptitude to learn customized company software programs.
Recent experience with the Jet Insight Software REQUIRED SKILLS Our operation is 365/24/7 and candidates must be willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays as schedule dictates.
Candidate must be able to work well in a fast-paced environment and be flexible to the changing needs of the business.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced team-oriented environment.
Strong oral/written communication skills required.
Problem resolution skills are required.
Successful candidate will maintain a high level of professionalism.
Familiarity but not limited to weather & ATC.
Must be results oriented and able to obtain a high level of familiarity quickly.
Strong personal and work ethics along with a high level of integrity Must have the ability to work quickly, calmly, and under pressure while also contributing to team efforts.
