The Woodlands at Canterfield, a brand new Assisted Living and Memory Support community located in West Dundee, Illinois is looking for a highly motivated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)



As an LPN, you will:


  • Provide direct nursing care to residents
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities performed by the Nursing Assistants to ensure high degree of quality care is maintained
  • Responsible for admission, transfer and discharge of residents
  • Keep physician and or other health care professionals informed of change in resident conditions
  • Supervise Nursing Assistants, may supervise other nurses
  • Build positive relationships with residents, associates and co-workers

We are currently looking for LPN&s;s (Licensed Practical Nurse) to join our team! To qualify you need a:


  • Graduate of an accredited LPN program
  • LPN license in Illinois
  • CPR
  • Recent clinical experience, education, and specialty skills specific to geriatrics
  • Must enjoy working with the senior population
  • Professional with exceptional interpersonal skills
