Data entry Working with outside vendors Requesting and submitting quote requests and approvals Checking in packing slips Filing invoices Working with multiple departments on order inquires Price negotiation Processing credit card payments Working directly with Accounts Payable on invoices Updating purchase log with lead times and any other order updates Occasional meetings with vendors Answer phones Keep stock on office/shop consumables Call on garbage/scrap swap outs
